Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure Electric
The Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure Electric, an electric SUV designed with Volvo’s unique design language, comes with a maximum power of 408 horsepower, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, and a maximum battery capacity of 82 kWh providing a maximum range of up to 645 kilometers.
The exterior design of the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric has been modified with a new front fascia featuring a large Volvo logo, complemented by a frunk (front trunk) with a storage capacity of 31 liters. It is decorated with a black roof and 19-inch Black Diamond Cut alloy wheels. The Single Motor version of the Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure Electric shares similarities with the Twin Motor version, with the only differences being the body color and the 19-inch alloy wheels design. The overall decoration remains unchanged, including the installation of a panoramic glass roof and a power-operated hands-free tailgate.
Inside the cabin, the emphasis is on premium materials such as black leather with charcoal stitching paired with aluminum trim. It features a Nappa leather-covered gear lever and is equipped with the Android Automotive OS developed in collaboration with Google, allowing access to Google Maps, Google Assistant, and full voice command functionality with “Hey Google.” Additionally, users can download additional applications from the Google Play Store.
Powered by an electric motor with a maximum power of 408 horsepower at 4,350 – 13,900 rpm and a maximum torque of 660 Newton-meters at 4,350 rpm, the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric comes with a 78 kWh battery sending power to the 4-wheel drive system. It can drive up to a maximum distance of 400 kilometers on a single charge according to WLTP standards.

- Wall Box: AC alternating current charging at 11 kW, reaching 0-100% in 1 hour.
- Super Charge: DC direct current quick charging reaching 0-80% in 40 minutes.
