Grand Prix International Public Company Limited as the “Organizer” of “The 45^th Bangkok International Motor Show” has set the terms and conditions to win a car or motorcycle for those who reserve a car or motorcycle at the 45^th Bangkok International Motor Show as follows:
“Eligible Person To Win A Prize” is a person who reserves a car or motorcycle and has a reservation document issued from March 25, 2024 to April 7, 2024 only.

“Eligible Person To Win A Prize” must scan QR Code at the administrative counter or public relations counter to give consent and provide all personal information required for participating in the lucky draw event of “Reserve A Car or Motorcycle At The 45^th Bangkok International Motor Show, Get A Chance To Win A Prize” (Required information are 1. Name-Surname 2. Phone number 3. Identification card number 4. A photo of a reservation document/ One reservation document will receive one chance only.)

“Eligible Person To Win A Prize” must submit the information within the specified date and time, which is from March 25, 2024 at 10.00 hrs. to April 7, 2024 at 20.30 hrs.

For “Eligible Person To Win A Prize” who reserves a car or motorcycle at the show and participates in the lucky draw event, if it is detected that the reservation document is not authenticated, canceled, or rejected by the financial institute, the “Organizer” shall void your right to win a car and reserves the right to the subsequent lucky winner.

The “Organizer” will randomize a lucky draw winner on April 7, 2024 at 21.00 hrs. in the presence of the witnesses and the honorary committee.
The prizes that the “Organizer” will give to the winner of the lucky draw event of “Reserve A Car or Motorcycle At The 45^th Bangkok International Motor Show, Get A Chance To Win A Car” will be displayed at the “Lucky Draw Booth”.

The “Organizer” will inform “Eligible Person To Win A Prize” by a phone call to get the prize and announce the lucky draw winner on the website www.motorshow.in.th on April 10, 2024 at 12.00 hrs. and in the in-house magazines of Grand Prix in the May 2024 issue.

“Eligible Person To Win A Prize” who wins a lucky draw must present the identification card to the “Organizer” within 45 days from the date the “Organizer” has informed about the prize.

If the 45-day deadline has passed and the “Eligible Person To Win A Prize” who wins the lucky draw does not show up, the “Organizer” will pass on the prize to a charity organization and publish the news in the in-house magazines of the “Organizer”.

“Eligible Person To Win A Prize” must be liable for withholding taxes and ownership transfer costs of the prize and/or the product.
The employees of Grand Prix International Public Company Limited and IMPACT Exhibition Management Company Limited are not eligible to join the lucky draw event.

The decision of the “Organizer” shall be deemed absolute.
